Our natural pharmacy is limitless. Let’s examine, for example, the Laminaria seaweed. The length of the seaweed reaches up to 12 meters, and they look like brownish-green ribbons. This seaweed grows mainly in the ocean near the shores of Japan, the Sea of Okhotsk and the Coral Islands in the eastern region, and in the White Sea, the Branch Sea and the Kari Sea in the west. In many layers of the seaweed there are numerous of types of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, A, B-1, B-2, B-12, C, D, alginate acid, folic acid, various minerals, polysaccharides, iodine, bromine, calcium salts, etc. |
